This is a single elimination event in that competitors will have one match against a predetermined competitor, the winner of which will be determined by submission in regulation time or, if there is no winner in regulation time, the match will go into a modified EBI overtime cycle.
No points, advantages, or referee decisions.
Prizes will be given for Fastest Submission of the Night and Best Submission of the Night
